Mastermind separates membership from pathways and qualification. Pathways are not separate memberships: Practitioner / Athlete membership includes the Practitioner / Athlete pathway, and Professional membership includes all three. Endorsements, points and advancement features are being developed.
Initial membership is adults age 18+. Planned: educational and competition points tracked separately. Education supports Student of the Year recognition; competition drives competitive rankings.
